Displaying 18" block letters, this LED message board meets federal mandates for roadside messaging. Action words are legible from 1,000 feet and visible from 4,000 feet, giving drivers travelling at highway speeds more than 10 seconds to react and respond.

This unit is operated wirelessly with a WiFi-endabled mobile device. The message board can display both words and arrows, and 16 LED lights installed around the perimeter of the frame serve as a fully functional light bar. Two additional warning lights a located on the front of the unit. The Traffic Commander stows flat and can be raised in less than three seconds with a powered actuator.

Installation is simple. Four bolts secure it to ta pylon or headache rack, and 20 feet of power and ground wiring is included to easily reach the desired power source. SafeAll recommends wiring this board to a switch in the cab. All other controls can be operated either with the hardwired Sign Dial or wirelessly through the web-based interface on a tablet or other mobile device.

Activate the light bar with the in-cab switch

Deploy the sign using the pair tablet or SafeAll Sign Dial. Easily change messages by using the Quick Links menu on the tablet or Sign Dial.

Proceed with providing your service, knowing you've created a safe zone in which to work.

Stow the sign when the job is complete.

Controller Options

When paired together, the Sign Dial and Traffic Commander is a patent-pending combination to quickly deploy effective traffic control at any scene or situation. Turn the Traffic Commander on the Dial and then turn it to preset messages. The user can also activate the sign with a hard-wired switch and control the menu with wirelessly with a tablet or other mobile device.
