With a low-profile design, this V-Strap Assembly from SafeAll includes a Twisted Snap Hook for loading and unloading disabled vehicles onto a car carrier. An pear link connects the hook to the reinforced webbing at the end of each leg, and an pear link at the center creates a horizontal plane for winching
